Hello, and welcome to my true ghost stories. Today is the fifth of my summer mini episode series, and today I'm going to be talking about something that I mentioned in mini episode number three. That was released around August 8th, and that episode was about me following a ghost in a traffic jam, down Fort Hamilton Parkway, and how I sent that ghost up through my body, which is how I used to do it. Send them up through my body, but today I'm going to tell you the story about how I learned that you're not supposed to do that, and it's not good for the medium to send the souls up through her body. This practice of sending them up through my body came to me quite naturally.
I talked about the story of the first soul that I sent up in an episode entitled, I finally figure out what they want, and I sent this spirit up, and it just sort of happened where this thing happened, where the soul went into my body and out through the top of my head. I'm not going to go into too much detail about it, how it happens, because it's really weird, but that's basically how it happens. So that's what happened that day when I sent that soul up, and I thought, well, this is how you do it. So I continued on with that. For years, I continued on sending souls up through my body, and I learned that this practice worked, they ascended, it was definitely doable, and I knew how to do it.
And the more and more I did it, I started to feel tired, and I was starting to have some physical health problems. And this story is about what I learned, is that each time a soul would pass through my body, it would leave a residue on my soul, I guess, or on this passage that went through my body. And it was contributing to these health problems that I was having, the more and more it built up. So I kind of realized that this was happening because I was starting to feel worse. Every time I helped a soul to cross over by sending them through my body, but I didn't know who to talk to, I didn't know anybody else that does this.
I had read a book by someone who had done something, but she did it in this different way, where she would like make the light, and they would go into the light, but I don't know how to make the light. I just knew how to send them through my body. So I needed somebody to talk to about this, and I didn't know who to talk to about it, but I decided to go to the Botanica. And I figured that the guy there would probably be able to advise me on this. So I called the Botanica, and I said, you know, I'd like to come down, he said, okay, come on down, and I took the bus there or something, and I got there, and I went into the back room, and he takes out the cards, and he wants to give me a reading.
And I was like, no, no, no, no, I don't need a reading, I don't need a reading. He's like, no, no, we have to start with a reading. It was back and forth, where I'm like, no, I don't need a reading, I just need to ask you some questions. And he really didn't get this at first, like, what kind of question just she's going to ask me that a reading wouldn't answer. But finally, I think I just warmed down, and he said, like, okay, fine, just ask me the questions.
I mean, I was going to pay him either way. So I described to him what I had been doing and how I had been helping these souls to cross over, and he was very supportive of that. This is a, this is great work that you're doing. And then he said, so how do you cross them over? And I said, well, you know, I sort of communicate with them, and then my chest starts to vibrate, and then I describe this whole thing where they like enter my body and go up through my head.
And he said, wait, wait, wait, you, you, they go up through your head. And I said, yes, and I started to describe it again to him. And he said, you send them up through your body. And I said, yes. And I was starting to realize from the way he was acting that this was maybe not how I was supposed to help spirits cross over.
And then he said, the most Brooklyn thing that a spiritual guy could say, he said, you can't send them up through your body. What's the matter with you? And I was sort of cowering there at that point saying, oh, you're not supposed to do that. So this was a very Brooklyn interaction. And so he said, no, no, absolutely not.
You can't do that anymore. And that's when he described to me every single time a soul goes through your body, it's going to leave a residue. And then the more you do it, this residue is going to build up, I guess, you know, like cholesterol in your arteries or something like that. Probably basically the same thing. So I asked him, how am I supposed to send them up?
I only know how to do it this way. So what this man said was, you need to contact your guides and you need to contact that spirit's guides. He said, you know how to contact guides. And that I did know how to do. And he said, these guides are going to escort that soul to the other side.
And then it will not involve your body. And he also said, these guides that are going to escort the soul to the other side, this is part of their development as a soul. This is a job that they need to do in order for them to progress. So he said, by you sending them up through your body, you are depriving these souls of their job, basically, on the other side. So don't do it anymore.
And I agreed. I will not do it anymore. The first time I sent a soul up using their guides, it felt really weird. I don't like change. And I had to just sit there and trust these other souls, these guides to escort that soul to the other side.
I don't like delegating. I like to do everything myself. So it was really hard for me to allow this to happen and not just go back to the way I was used to doing it, where I do the whole thing myself. I had to allow someone else to help me, which is not my strong point. But I think it was a beautiful life lesson for me that this is a team effort.
My guides that souls guides that soul themself. Everything that leads me to that soul, it's all a team effort and it's not just me running the show, which was an excellent lesson for me.
