Is that Cartoon a Ghost?

Hello and welcome to my true ghost stories. This is the third in a series of short stories that I am telling for the summer. While I'm really busy going to the beach and you're probably really busy going to the beach as well. I'm toying with what I'm going to call this series, shall I call it, summer shorts or mini episodes. I don't know and I will probably figure out the name for it right as the summer ends in September begins and then I'll realize what I want to call this short summer story series.
And now I'm going to get to my super short story. So two weeks ago I told a story about walking through the cemetery with my friend Michael and I saw a statue and a ghost jumped into that statue to try to get my attention. And this is a thing that happens to me. I talked about that ghost in the statue and in episode 34 of my true ghost stories. I told all about ghosts that used to jump into my barbies when I was a kid.
This is ghosts trying to get our spirits trying to get my attention and they will go into the thing that I'm looking at. Today I'm going to tell you the story of a ghost that jumped into an advertisement on the back of a truck in order to get my attention. And this ghost succeeded at getting my attention. So I was stuck in some major traffic and I was driving down Fort Hamilton Parkway in Brooklyn, New York in my mini van. And I'm driving and driving and I wouldn't even call it driving.
I would call it inching and weaving and it's a Fort Hamilton Parkway is like a two lane two way major thoroughfare. If you want to call it that in Brooklyn and it is really chaotic driving. There's lots of double park cars and all this insanity going on with the traffic and the driving. And I was stuck in that. I think I was at like a dentist appointment or something up there.
And now it was headed back down Fort Hamilton Parkway. And this traffic was inching along so slowly that I really got very familiar with the back of the truck that was right in front of me. Also inching along. And this truck was carrying desserts and cakes. I cannot for the life of me remember what brand it was.
It wasn't hostess or bimbo or dully Madison. But it was something like that. And on the back of this truck that was carrying these dessert cakes was this picture. It was like a cartoon drawing of this girl. And so I'm driving along and I wound up just you know there's really nothing to look at besides the back of this truck and the occasional insane pedestrian that would like run between my car and this truck.
So I really got very familiar with the back of this truck and this cartoon girl that was staring at me because she really was staring. And the longer I stared at her it's almost like her face started to change. And so I was really mesmerized and there was lots of not moving at all in this traffic jam that I was able to really just focus on her face. And it slowly started to change and almost take life before my eyes. And I realized that a spirit had entered this cartoon of a girl that was in front of me because spirits are always desperately trying to get my attention.
And they will do stuff like this. So I started to talk to the ghost in this picture on the back of a truck in this traffic jam. I started to talk to her. What can I do for you? What do you need?
I asked her. Which is what I always ask them if they're successful in getting my attention. And I also do this when I'm on jobs. But I was a captive audience here. So I really had no choice but to help this spirit.
So I asked her, what can I do for you? What do you need? And she of course, like pretty much all the spirits was saying, I don't want to stay here anymore. Can you cross me over? Because somehow they know that I can cross them over.
It's kind of like when I was a little kid and we would stand at the side of the street and ask an adult, any adult walking by, it was a different time, to cross me. Cross me across the street because we recognize this adult as someone who can hold your hand and cross you across the street. These ghosts recognize me as a person who can cross them over to the other side. So I talked to her and basically I just was able to tell her you don't have to stay here anymore. I can cross you over.
So I contacted my guides to help me to help her cross over. I really had nothing else to do in that car. So I contacted my guides and at that time I was not using the spirits guides to cross them over. I was sending them up through my own body, which turned out to be a really bad idea. Someday, soon I will do an episode on how sending them through my body was a bad idea and how the effects that it had on my health.
So I don't do that anymore. But at the time I was sending ghosts up through my body. So the girl in the cartoon on the back of the truck listened to me. She took the physical stance that I told her. I told her to put her arms out to the side, which of course the cartoon character on the back of the truck did not do.
But I knew I could tell that the spirit was doing it now that she got my attention. She put her arms out to the side and then I with the help of my guides center up through my body, which I don't do anymore, as I said before. But at that time I center up through my body and it was successful. I sort of put my hand up at the top of my car and sealed up whatever portal she might have made over there by the D-Train on Fort Hamilton Parkway. This kind of thing happens to me all the time and I'm so grateful that there are other people on this earth that do this work.
I don't know of that many, but I know there are other people doing this work because I couldn't possibly send all the trapped spirits up myself. So I'm happy to be one of the people that does it and I'm happy to be a service whenever I can. And board in a traffic jam is really one of the best times to do it. Especially because I had nothing else to do except drive at a snail's pace down Fort Hamilton Parkway.
