How I Met Saint Michael

Hello, and welcome to episode 78 of my true ghost stories. Today I'm going to tell you the story of how I met Saint Michael. You've all heard me mention Saint Michael a million times during these podcast episodes because he is my guide that helps me to help these spirits cross over and he's also my spiritual guide. So the way that I met Saint Michael, although I do believe he was always with me, the way that I figured out who he was started like this. In a previous episode, I talked about my friend Margaret, that she's in many episodes, but I talked about my friend Margaret.

And the very first message that I ever delivered to a person was to my friend Margaret from her father, Bob, who had passed away. So this was the very first message I ever delivered and I delivered it to Margaret who was an extremely spiritual person who worked at my church. So it was the right person to deliver a message to because she received it openly with no doubts at all and it was very affirming for me to have her receive this message so openly. And after I delivered this message and she accepted it and we became a little bit more friends, I went to Margaret and I asked her, should I do this? Should I deliver messages to people?

And Margaret said, yes, you absolutely should because it had been a very positive experience for her to receive this message for me, but she also told me you need to ask the person first if they want this message. I did not heed that right away and as you all know, if you've been listening to my podcast for a while there, I was just delivering messages left and right without any permission from the person. But eventually I did start to ask people if I have their permission to give them a message. So I have cleaned that up a lot thanks to Margaret and other spiritual guides of mine. Another thing that Margaret told me in that conversation where I was asking her if I should do this, should I deliver messages from the other side to people on this side when I get them?

The other thing that she told me there was that I needed a spiritual guide, something from the heavens to help me with this life assignment that I'd been given to help spirits cross from this side to the other. She said, you need a guide and that guide will make themselves obvious to you. They will present themselves to you eventually. So it was very important for me to have that conversation with Margaret so that I could start looking for this guide that was going to help me cross spirits from this side to the other side because at that time I was just doing it all on my own, which was pretty scary. So I started to say, okay, show me this guide and in my mind I pictured it was not being presented to me, but I pictured this little cherub with little wings sort of floating and flying around to me and friendly and cute like a baby.

That's what I expected. And as you know, that's not what I got, but I expected a cute little cherub that will be so fun to hang out with. And one of the problems I was encountering trying to connect with this guide from the other side was that I was having problems connecting with the sky with something that was really far away from me. I just was having problems connecting with that. And I don't know if Margaret told me or if it just came to me as an idea, but the idea came to me somehow that I should imagine this guide walking next to me.

And I assumed that it was God that would be walking next to me. And when I got this idea that the guide would walk next to me, I was immediately sent this guide. And this guy said, hello, this is in my mind's eye, of course, this guy said, hello, it was a man, a young man, and he was going to walk next to me and I said, okay, so God is a guy that walks next to me. That's what I thought at first. And it was perfect for me.

This guy, he was cool, he was tough, and he was wearing a leather jacket like Fonzie. If you know who Fonzie is, you'll know the type of guy that was walking next to me. And he had this tough and protective vibe that I like. And I thought, wow, God is cool. And I still didn't think that this was necessarily my guide.

I was still expecting the little cherub to arrive. I was going through a lot of thought processes on who was God and who was my guide. And he's all very complicated. But for now, I was walking around and this cool guy in a leather jacket like Fonzie was walking next to me and protecting me. It was awesome.

It was my first true experience of protection from a higher power. But for me, the higher power needed to walk next to me because I was having problems connecting with the sky. So I had this wonderful, comfortable new relationship where he walks beside me. And I really enjoyed that. I enjoyed that for a long time.

I still enjoy that. But eventually, I encountered some problem. I don't remember the exact problem. I was having some sort of problem probably with a spirit crossing and I was feeling very agitated. And it was the first time that I said to this guide, like, what should I do?

It was the first time I actually consulted this guide for guidance on what I should do. I had enjoyed the walking next to me, but I hadn't actually requested anything from this guide. So I said to him, Mike Fonzie, like protector, I said, what should I do? And I don't remember what the exact problem was. I in general have a lot of anxiety.

So I have a lot of problems. And this was the first time it was dawning on me that I could ask this higher power that walks next to me for help, which I highly recommend. So I asked him, what should I do? And this guy, I'm calling him a guy this time, this guy who had been walking by my side and protecting me looked back at me. And I had asked the question, what should I do?

So I had asked this question, the guide was looking at me. And I was really, really focused in on this relationship and this exchange that we were probably about to have. And as I looked at this guy waiting for him to tell me what to do, he folded his hands together and said, let's pray. And I said, let's pray. Like this was who I thought was God.

And I was like, yes, I'm praying to you right now. And he said, no, let's pray. And I said, well, if who are we praying to, who are you? And this guy reached down and he held out the side of his jacket, his leather jacket. And he was indicating that I should look at this jacket.

And so I looked at the jacket and I realized that the jacket was the same leather jacket that my friend Michael, not a saint, nobody just, you know, a friend of mine named Michael. But this entity, this guy, this guide was holding out the lapel of his jacket or the side of the jacket, indicating look at this, look at this. And so I was looking at the leather jacket. I recognized it as the same leather jacket that my friend Michael has. And I looked at this guide and I said, Michael, saint Michael.

And he said, yes, let's pray. I realized this guide walking beside me was Saint Michael. And I also realized that Saint Michael was saying, let's pray. And I realized that Saint Michael was part of a team that was helping me to connect to the sky, which I was having trouble doing. So I needed somebody to walk next to me, to connect me to the sky as I'm saying, to God and all of that knowledge up there, I had someone walking beside me who was a direct link to that.

I also realized during this experience that Saint Michael was the guide that Margaret told me to look for, Saint Michael was going to be my partner on this earth for me to do this work, this work of crossing spirits over to the other side. And I did not know much about the saints at that time. I don't know why. I just didn't know much about the saints. And so I looked it up.

I looked up Saint Michael. And I didn't know much about him. And I read that Saint Michael, among other things, is the warrior against evil. And if you look at paintings of Saint Michael or statues of Saint Michael, he's got a big sword. And he's got his foot on top of a demon.

And I was like, what is this, the warrior against evil? That's who you're sending me. Where's my little cherub? So apparently this job that I was being given by the universe was bigger than a little cherub could handle. And I needed the big guy.

I needed the warrior against evil to help me do this job. At that time, I did not know why I had been assigned the warrior against evil, Saint Michael, not a sweet little cherub. But I accepted it. And I could tell right away, all right, there's a much bigger plan here. Margaret had to tell me to watch for a guide.

Saint Michael had to come and basically pose as Fonzie. That is something that will speak to me. And then Saint Michael helped me to connect to the sky. And I realized, oh, I am part of a team. I am part of a team.

And I have a job on this earth. So I just accepted that and I waited for more information, which I got. So I have a little bit more of an idea now of why Saint Michael, the warrior against evil, was assigned to me as my guide and protector. The universe, and giving me this job as a medium who crosses spirits over to the other side, it has plans for me. And I have to go into some dangerous situations, psychically dangerous, and occasionally physically dangerous, like those old houses that are going to fall down.

So I have to go into these dangerous situations. And I have to help troubled spirits. I have to help angry spirits, furious spirits, violent spirits. And a lot of these characteristics, anger, fury, violence will translate into what we consider evil. But somehow being protected by Saint Michael, I am able to walk into these situations, meet these angry spirits who are pretty scary and see beneath all their problems and see that this is a suffering soul, not a demon.

And I have yet to encounter something that I would consider evil. Maybe there's other people that do that. And I'm sent to the troubled ones that are super angry and I have to see beneath their anger and help them anyway and help them cross over because they are a child of God. And maybe there are other people on this earth that deal with the demons. And I'm so grateful that that's not what I have to do.

So these spirits that I deal with are all sorts of things, sad, confused and often angry, violent and scary. Yes. But despite their anger, violence and scaryness, I know that I am protected. I know that I have been sent a guide and a whole team to protect me. And my relationship with Saint Michael continues to evolve and I will keep you updated on these changes in our relationship, which just gets better and better all the time.

He's sort of like my supervisor. And he's a great supervisor. He's very strict and stern. But someday I will give you another episode about a lot of our communications. But for now, I will leave it in that Saint Michael is an awesome guide and protector.

And if you can connect with Saint Michael, I recommend it. And I also encourage you to look for who your guide or protector might be. There are so many and they will present themselves to you when it's time. So this was a big episode for me. This is an extremely huge part of my development as a medium is starting this relationship with my guide, Saint Michael.
